Dear Diary,
It was a very long day today. Went to office and conducted some examinations with a very important meeting. It is departmental planning committee’s meeting and I have conducted it for the very first time being a chairman.
What I have found like other days, meritorious students are getting less interest in teaching profession. What is the reason behind this? I actually donno, but I presume the path we have developed is highly political and that’s why meritorious students who has not any links are getting discouraged day by day.
I think we should perform some sort of reform of our recruitment process so that for the potential candidates recruitment path feels friendly. I have to work upon this issue. And someday I will insallah.
